These terms and conditions represent an agreement between Campaign Agent Pty Ltd ACN 608 962
812 (CampaignAgent, we, us or our), the Registered Owner (you and your) and the Landlord,
when you submit an Application to use the Service.

About this agreement
1.1 You have agreed, separately with your Property Manager, to
incur expenses in connection with the rental of the Property (Loan Amount).
1.2 By submitting an Application (which forms part of this
agreement), you acknowledge that:

(a) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and, if there is
more than one of you, you agree to be bound both separately on your own and
jointly with each of you; and
- (b) if there is more than one of you, we may elect to enter this agreement
with only one, some or all of you; and
- (c) subject to us giving you written notice, it will form a binding
agreement between you and us in relation to how we will pay the Loan Amount
to your Property Manager and/or suppliers on your behalf.

Pay Later
Subject to you providing us with all necessary documentation and anything else we reasonably
require, we will arrange to pay the Loan Amount set out in an Application to your Property
Manager and/or suppliers on your behalf. In return, you agree to pay us the Repayment Amount
set out in an Application by the Due Date in accordance with these terms and conditions.

What is not covered by this agreement
This agreement does not cover the costs of your Property Manager’s fees or other costs
associated with the rental of the Property. You acknowledge that your Property Manager is
responsible for booking and delivering the products and all other maintenance services
(including providing all information about them to you) relating to the rental and
maintenance of the Property.

Our obligations and liabilities
You acknowledge that we do not have any control over, and are not responsible for, the property management products and services relating to the Property (including the delivery of, or failure to deliver, the products and services) and you should raise any issues or claims in this regard with your Property Manager.
